
The following is our policy for all eBay transactions, by purchasing our
products from eBay, you are agreeing with the entire contents of this policy
page. If you do not agree to this policy, then do not purchase our
products.
Bidding
- By pressing the "Place Bid" button, the
customer explicitly acknowledges that this action shall be treated as a legally
binding "ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE," as this term is defined under federal law
in the electronic signatures section of the GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT OF
2000. Buyer also acknowledges that he or she has read the terms and conditions
of use/sale in this page and as contained in this page as hosted at eBay
Policies as well as eBay's
Rules
for Buyers in their entirety, and has unconditionally accepted all terms
included therein.
- Tuner Toys reserves the right to
reject any bid without notice.
Shipping
- Tuner Toys uses FedEx exclusively for
all shipments, including worldwide shipments. We charge the actual shipping rate quoted from the FedEx
website.
- For purchases paid by Paypal accounts,
we ship only to the verified address on the account.
- For purchased paid by credit card, we
ship only to the billing address of the credit card.
- For purchases paid by money order,
we'll ship wherever you tell us to.
- For purchases paid by check, we'll
ship to the address on the check, after it has cleared the bank.
- Filing a shipping claim with the
shipper is the responsibility of the buyer, Tuner Toys may assist in this
process at our discretion.
- Tracking information will be provided
to the email address provided during checkout.
- Return shipping is always the
responsibility of the customer. This can get pricey for our overseas
customers, check before you buy! This is the cost of purchasing a shipped
item, if you are not prepared to pay this cost, do not purchase the item.
- Some products may be shipped directly
from our suppliers. Availability may be subject to the supplier's on hand
inventory. Please contact us before ordering if a definite delivery time is
required for the product.
Returns
- All customer returns are subject to a
20% restocking fee, not to be less than $10.
- Returns may not be accepted after 30
days from purchase date.
- All reasonable returns will be
accepted, provided that all bags, boxes, or containers must be unopened, and
any seals unbroken.
- Any items that have been opened, or
have broken seals, may incur an additional cost for repackaging and
restocking.
- We reserve the right to reject any
item for return, and issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- Return shipping is always the
responsibility of the customer. This can get pricey for our overseas
customers, check before you buy! This is the cost of purchasing a shipped
item, if you are not prepared to pay this cost, do not purchase the item.
- Refunds will not be granted until the
item has been received at our facility, and has been approved by Tuner Toys
for refund.
Cancelled Orders
- All cancelled orders are subject to a
20% processing fee, not to be less than $10.
Refunds
- Refunds for returned products and core
fees may be paid by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard or Company Check (or other means)
at Tuner Toys discretion.
Warranties
- Warranty support for some products
that Tuner Toys carries, may be provided by other companies.
- Warranty issues will commonly be
handled by the manufacturer of the product.
- Tuner Toys will honor all manufactures
warranties as stated by the manufacturers.
- All warranties are voided, if Tuner
Toys deems that the part was abused, mistreated, or incorrectly installed.
CPI/CSFI/Spider units for GM
vehicles
- The performance history of the
replacement units we sell has been proven time and time again. Although
we have had some customers who have experienced problems after installation,
claim these units are faulty and desire to exchange them, 99% of the returned
units have proven to be good functioning units. We feel that the reason
for the majority of these returns has been incorrect installation of the
units. Because of this, we have been forced to put this policy in place.
- Unit returns will be handled by the
manufacturer of these units.
- Tuner Toys may assist in the return
process, but will defer to the manufacture in most cases, at our discretion.
- Warranty and Service will also be
handled by the manufacturer.
- No more than one replacement unit will
be sent to the customer, at the discretion of the manufacturer.
- Return shipping will be the customer's
responsibility.
- An exchange unit may not be processed
until the faulty unit has been received by the manufacturer, at the
manufacturers discretion.
- If the customer desires the exchange
unit to be immediately shipped, they will need to purchase a second
unit. A refund will then be issued for the exchanged unit, provided it
is accepted for return, at the manufacturers discretion.
Forced Induction / Performance
Parts
- Due to the nature of performance
applications, all forced induction and performance parts are sold without any
expressed warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. TunerToys shall not, under any circumstances, be liable
for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not
limited to, damages or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits or
revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the
purchaser which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of
these parts. Our product manufacturers reserve the right to make product
improvements and changes without notice and without incurring liability with
respect to similar products previously manufactured.
- All Forced Induction / Performance are
sold for off-road use only.
- Not responsible for any damage or
injury resulting from the use of any product.
Legal Compliance
- Customer warrants that
he/she has the legal authority to purchase this equipment, and that he/she
will not use, sell, or otherwise distribute this item in any manner in
violation of applicable state and federal laws. Buyer also agrees to indemnify
and hold harmless Tuner Toys for liability from any and all claims arising out
of Customer's use, sale, or distribution of this item.
Customer Privacy
- Tuner Toys will
hold any sensitive information submitted by Customer in the utmost
confidence.
Feedback
- Tuner Toys is serious about customer
service. We believe that any issue can be handled without the need for
negative feedback. Our feedback rating proves that we have been able to
achieve this very high level of customer service. If you have any
issue with our service, please contact us to correct the problem, as we will
provide negative feedback to any customer who leaves us negative feedback.
- We will not leave feedback until buyer
feedback has first been left for us.
